CALIFORNIA PRIVACY NOTICE

CCPA/CPRA Supplement | Effective 4 August 2026

1. Scope

This California Privacy Notice supplements the main Privacy Policy and applies where California privacy law provides rights to a California resident in relation to personal information processed by Tag Lead Solutions.

2. Categories of Information

Depending on how a person interacts with our services, categories may include identifiers and contact information, professional or commercial information, internet or electronic network activity, approximate geolocation, inferences, and other categories described in the main Privacy Policy.

3. Purposes

We may use personal information to provide and administer services, communicate with individuals, operate and secure our systems, measure and improve marketing, conduct analytics, manage business relationships, comply with law, and exercise or defend legal rights.

6. Sale or Sharing

The Company should publish its current, factually verified position regarding whether it sells or shares personal information as those terms are defined under applicable California law. 7. Authorized Agents
